1.Description:
-The 437 TCI bits are used to drill low compressive strength, very
soft formations. TCI bits maximize the use of both conical and
chisel tungsten carbide inserts of large diameters and high
projection. This cutting structure design, combined with maximum
cone offset, results in high bit penetration rates. The deep
intermesh of cutter rows prevents bit bailing in sticky formations.
-The cutting structure of Glorytek tricone bits is supported by
complete software and hardware. The cutting structure is designed
with precision and the performance of alloy teeth is superior. It
can cope with formations of different hardness and lithology, and
provide customers with high-efficiency and low-cost drilling
solutions.
-The Tricone Rock Bit is composed of three cones and three tooth
palms assembled together and processed with some necessary
functional structures. According to the structure, the tricone bit
can be divided into: bearing structure, cutting structure, cone tip
and cone back reinforcement structure, flow channel system,
injection system, oil storage pressure balance system and thread
connection.
2.Application:
Suitable for oil, natural gas, geothermal industrial and water well
drilling, HDD projects, etc.
