1.Description:
-The 517 TCI tricone bit is a drill bit with a head that is divided into three
main parts. The tricone bit consists of three rotating cones
working inside each other and each with its own row of cutting
teeth.
-This series oil well rock bit use Journal bearing. Hardfaced head
bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction reducing alloy
and then silver-plated. The load capacity and seizure resistance of
the bearing is greatly improved.
-Surface of the high precision bearing heat treated by using
advanced heat treatment process to improve the load capacity and
service life of the bearing.
-The service life of the bearing is further extended by adopting
harder and mort wear resistant material for thrust bearing.
2.Applications:
Wry soft formation with low compressive strength and high
drillability, such as:
shale, clay, sandstone, gravel, etc.
