High Pressure Reverse Circulation RC DTH Drilling Hammer for Rock Powders Sampling

Description

Reverse circulation drilling is also known as central sampling or double wall drilling. This type of drilling typically uses a double wall drill pipe. Reverse Circulation RC DTH Drilling Hammers are specialized designed for reverse circulation drilling.

The drilling force is high wind pressure gas, which enters the Reverse Circulation RC DTH Drilling Hammer's body through the gap between the outer tube and the inner tube. Hammering the drill bit breaks the rock, the broken rock is collected into pores on the surface of the drill bit, and then the rock sample is collected through the sample collection tube and drill pipe.

Advantages:

1. Non-polluting, reverse circulation DTH hammer can quickly collect drill bit surface samples at the moment of rock breaking. The sample does not need to travel the length of the hammerhead, avoiding sample contamination and loss.

2. High productivity.
In broken rock, the penetration speed is better than that of ordinary hammering.

3. Dried samples can be collected even in aqueous environments, as drill cuttings are collected as soon as they are generated on the drill bit surface.

4. High sample recovery.
Collecting samples from the drill bit surface avoids loss of samples in broken rock formations.

Since the diameter of the drill bit is almost equal to the outer diameter of the grinding sleeve, the sample collection recovery rate can reach 98%.
