Downhole motor is composed of five assemblies of bearing, power section, coupling, anti-drop and bypass valve.

By-pass Valve Assembly consists of valve body, valve core, valve sleeve, spring, sieve plate, seals and circlip.
Anti-Drop Assembly consist of Anti-drop Sub, Anti-drop Screw and Anti-drop rod
Coupling Assembly's function of coupling is to convert planetary motion into fixed constant rotation of power section, to transmit torque and speed from motor on the power section, but some are flexible couplings.
Power Section Assembly consists of stator and rotor. Stator is made by squeezing rubber sleeve on the wall of steel tube. There forms spiral structure with a certain geometric parameter. Rotor is a chrome plated screw rod.
Bearing Assembly is to transmit motor rotary dynamic force onto the bit, meantime to withstand axial force and radial load from drilling weight.

The bend angle of down-hole motor can be adjusted on wellhead. Stabilizers of different shapes and sizes can be changed according to different requirements.

Features of Near Bit Down-hole Motor
Measure point of measuring instrument is installed in downhole motor, which is nearer to drilling bit. Drill track is more accurate and reliable.
